Yesterday my town's internet was down for an hour, and since then I can't join ANY servers! I can only play single player...

It always says this message:

"java.net.ConnectException: Connection timed out :no further information"

I tried restarting the computer, unplugging and replugging the router, disconnecting and reconnecting the PC from the wifi, but nothing works.

And I can browse the internet fine, it's not like the internet is still down.

Does anyone know what else I can do?

(P.S.: I don't like to uninstall+reinstall or disconnect+reconnect to minecraft, but if it's the only option...)

I successfully joined a server!! I left Multiplayer alone for like 3 hours and it's fine.

I really don't know why... Maybe that was the solution...?

Have you used mcleaks? If so, this would be causing the issue.

Did you leave it on Minecraft or not, the exact same thing happened to me were my power went out and I haven't touched my PC in almost a week but it still doesn't work
