so... long story short /w no formatting i just installed minecraft onto my new gaming computer which uses a SSD hard drive (or solid state drive) with windows pro 1.7 i continued on by downloading and attempting to start up minecraft /w optifine and what do you know? i get a windows error report saying some bologna about it shutting down unexpectedly, from here i attempted to restart my minecraft in hopes of it starting up no problems. but hey, whatdyo know? i just reinstalled the lil' bugger and i'm going to see what happens from here, not sure how to continue with this... just tell me how to report this, and to whom.

UPDATE: minecraft will no longer start for some reason.... :/ rip

here is a clip from the launcher log, does this mean optifine now requires forge to run? please tell me it isn't true!!
