[Edit 2: I was able to get in touch with the devs on their IRC channel and, with special thanks to Wizjany and Empire92, they released a snapshot that seems to fix the problem perfectly! If you have the spare time you should drop by and let them know how much you appreciate them. They really went the extra 7 miles for me even though they had never met me before. https://www.dropbox.com/s/4vldzc984l6n872/worldedit-bukkit-6.1.7-SNAPSHOT-dist.jar?dl=1 ]
Hello all.
So I'm trying to make a map for an RPG server. I have the normal
generated world which will be the final product and a superflat design
world that is acting sort of as a lab/gallery where I design my
buildings to be imported to the normal world on completion. I'm having
some trouble with this importing however. I find I have to rotate my
clip board selections to get them facing the way I want them but the
logs go all wrong if I do. For instance, a straight log beam will
suddenly be a row of log ends facing me. Is there any way to correct
this without manually replacing each and every beam? This is a big
problem for me as many of these builds are quite large and if I cannot
rotate them without the process being destructive it really grinds this
process to a halt.
Thank you for reading my request for help everyone!
[Edit: I'd like to note that I make pretty intricate stair rooves and
they rotate correctly with world edit. It's just the n/s. e/w logs that
don't.]
