I've been having this same issue (exact same exit code) but it happens every time I try to start Minecraft, including vanilla installations. I've tried reinstalling, but this doesn't seem to work. Same thing happens using third party launcher.

Tried to redownload java, remove minecraft folder, reinstall modpack (FTB Infinity Evolved through Curse) Forge-10.13.4.1614
