So everytime I double-click my minecraft shortcut icon and the launcher appeared, it slowly moves up. Now it keeps opening out of my desktop boundary and I can't select whether I want to play Vanilla or Forge. As you can see from the image, when I hover over the minecraft icon, it shows that the launcher is open, but it is nowhere to be found. Is there a way I can move it back into the boundaries? I've tried re-installing from the website and removing the .minecraft file and launching minecraft to re-install the files, but those did not work.
