Thats the error of mi minecraft i upgrade windows 7 to windows 8.1 And i have a amd Radeon graphic card and i have all the drivers if someone help me it would be a lot of help

Windows is using a Basic Adapter drivers. Try re-installing the Radeon drivers again.
