Problem:
After installing forge(ver1.10.2) and pixelmon(ver5.0.1 – 1.10.2)
Minecraft began to crashes randomly
it sometimes crashes right after clicking “Play”
sometimes when the game is loading
But mostly it crashes within 2 minutes

The problem also take place in my pixelmon server
it crashes after running the .jar and generate similar reports

Occasionally they run without crashing

Fix tried(but not working):
1.Install Java 64 bit
2.Reinstall Java
3.Run memtest
4.Allocate more RAM to minecraft(up to 3GB)
5.Allocate less RAM to minecraft(down to 1GB)
6.Update the graphic card driver
7.Add the java option -XX: +UseCompressedOops

8.Set VSync to On in Video Settings
9.Set VSync to Off in Video Settings
10.Set fbo to On in Video Settings
11. Set fbo to Off in Video Settings

12.Disable User Account Control

My firefox and chrome is also crashing randomly and frequently
Probably they are caused by the same problem

Edit 2:

some suggested to check conflicts with the DEP
so I tried to add the minecraft launcher in desktop to the exception of DEP
but then it claims that
This software must be run with DEP enabled, you cannot disable the DEP of this software

I have read a lot of threads about exception_access_violation
I also tried several other fix
but none of them works
including:
1.Set VSync to On in Video Settings
2.Set VSync to Off in Video Settings
3.Set VBO to On in Video Settings
4. Set VBO to Off in Video Settings
5.Disable User Account Control

Finally, a website suggested to check conflicts with the DEP
so I tried to add the minecraft launcher in desktop to the exception of DEP
but then it claims that

What can I do now??
