Hello, i've had this problem for almost a month and is not minecraft the only low demanding game i have bad performance on, the problem started when i acquired my current graphics card (GTX 750 Ti OC), i installed the drivers and my PC was runing really well on all the games, but the next day i started having this bad performance not only in games, my PC also became a lot slower.
PD: Please before commenting is problem about minecraft badly optimized read again, i was having really good performance (around 400 FPS on a normal world) and now i'm runing it really bad (45-55 FPS).
Also sorry for my bad english.

PSU: Corsair CX600
