You see, lately me and my friends have been playing on a private server one of us made. Everything was fine.... until i walked into a zone and all of a sudden, i crash. It doesn't give me a report but it says:"Internal Exception: io.netty.handler.codec.DecoderException: java.lang.IndexOutOfBoundsException: readerIndex(9) + length(1) exceeds writerIndex(9): UnpooledHeapByteBuf(ridx:9, widx: 9, cap: 9) 1.7.10"

I've seen people say they've fixed it by updating to 1.8.7 but what do they mean? plz help.
