Whenever I select a texture pack that isn't default, my FPS drops to 0 or 1 and stays there, no spikes or anything. Even mousing over buttons in the main menu to highlight them have severe lag delay. Otherwise, when I use default texture pack, the FPS is around 20-50. That's annoying because it has really high fire and you can't really pvp well with it.
All my settings are optimized for maximum FPS and I have optifine. I have tried reinstalling MC altogether, defragging PC, restarting, using less res texture packs, nothing works.
