Hello, when I first got the new launcher I got "PLAY OFFLINE" for the start button, I was on internet at the time. So I uninstalled and deleted the .minecraft folder all together. So then I went to my Mojang account and reinstalled. Then when I went to log in I got a error message saying "Could Not Connect To Server" shown here:
