So basically I play Minecraft with forge 17.10-Forge10.13.2.1291 Forge and it says "the version you are trying to play inherits properties from an unknown version" is there a way to fix this?
update forge and try again: http://files.minecraftforge.net/maven/net/minecraftforge/forge/index_1.7.10.html
Just redownload forge and use the one you just downloaded works perfectly
