So I just tried loading minecraft as usual and the newest launcher popped up. I thought nothing of it and pressed play but my minecraft didn't start. Now whenever I try to open my minecraft nothing happens. (I have the newest Java version and no older version on my computer and I tried re downloading the launcher and that download doesn't work either.) My minecraft doesn't start, no errors pop up just nothing happens. I don't know if this is a issue for the new launcher and needs to be fixed by mojang (I doubt that put its possible) or if its just messed up on my end and I can fix it somehow but if there is a fix I would love to know thx. (I tried using an old launcher and it kind of worked but my forge profile isn't loading on it so I still can't play, help.)
So after restore my computer and re downloading the launcher multiple times I finally go it to work Thanks for the help guys, el free to use this thread to try and help other people who have the same issue if my solution doesn't work for them. I'll try to help out too if I know anything.
I thought I fixed it by installing an older version of the launcher but my forge profile wont load it only has the default latest version profile on it so I still don't have a fix sorry. If I figure something out that works though I'll let you know.
I've heard you can still download the old launcher from minecraft.net. I'm not sure where exactly, but if anyone is unable to get past the crashing still, that may be worth a try.

If you're on Nvidea, the latest drivers have been breaking games. Roll back or use the hot fix.

Go to https://minecraft.net/en/download/alternative, and download the Second Minecraft.exe available on that page.
