I keep all my minecraft versions in separate folders with separate launchers and the new launcher goes to the default

I use a bat file with something like this

SET APPDATA=C:\MCnew10
C:\MCnew10\MinecraftLauncher.exe

SET workdir=C:\MCnew10
SET WORKDIR=C:\MCnew10
SET workdir=C:\MCnew10\.minecraft
SET WORKDIR=C:\MCnew10\.minecraft
and nothing worked

Update:

i tried

C:\MCnew10\MinecraftLauncher.exe --workDir C:\MCnew10

but this did not find my different profiles

Thanks but that does not help either - I also need help because I am using mods and there seem to be some thing still messed up and this not the right fourm for that

really??! is that official ?

Mods have to update the way they add themselves to the launcher. Curse alpha works now, but not sure about the forge installer and optifine one, they should be updating soon(or you can add them manually)
