So i am trying to play minecraft and the new launcher just keeps crashing when trying to load any version. I tried reinstalling and even deleted the whole .minecraft folder but no matter what i try it wont actually work it just crashes no matter what version i try and load. i also updated java.
i couldnt find one, and the launcher was behaving strangely, it let me download the snapshot but crashed three times on trying to download 1.11.2. then i did something and it let me download 1.11.2
yes and no, it did download the snapshot but its still having some issues downloading other versions. but i got the snapshot and 1.11.2 already so i can wait for mojang to fix the issues in the next launcher release.
