Hey all. I opened the game via the Launcher with no issue earlier this morning, and upon trying to reopen the game I was hit with the error message as seen in the attachment. [The procedure entry point cef_get_min_log_level could not be located in the dynamic link library libcef.dll]
The following window prompts me to reinstall the game (which I did) and I'm getting the same error.
I had gotten this error as well, and I managed to fix it. Originally I put the game in the Games directory. It worked just fine at first, but then I started to get this issue and eventually thought that re-downloading the game into program files might solve it, which it did. So if your Minecraft was not downloaded into the program files directory, re-download the game and make sure it is placed into that directory.

Same issue. I followed your suggestion, and problem persist.
Ran a 'sfc /scannow' and no problems found.
