Hi, I created a world I called New World and I have worked on it for months. My computer froze and I had to reboot it. Now Minecraft says I have no worlds. I checked my appdata folder and it is there in the Minecraft folder. The files are intact and the icon is correct. When I try to restore it, I get a message that there are no previous version to restore. I am running Windows 10. How can I get Minecraft to see this world again? Thank you.

You can try doing so in MCedit or posting in one of the world recovery threads

Use McEdit and Save go Ctrl S it will save the world
If the world dosent load it means its gone
I know there is a Ctrl Key to debug a world i think its ctrl I G V B One of those if that dont work wait for someone easl to have a better idea
There is a way to copy chunks manually to a new world and things like that that are too complicated to explain in a post
