Maps fully generated like normal but biomes are all messed up mixed together and walls are being cut off etc even in singleplayer and multiplayer even my friend gets the same results as me the map breaks then you have lava randomly generating in random spots all over map etc the map continues to break in singleplayer no crash because no internet connection required in multiplayer the server console will crash because of to much issues i guess not certain this happens with modded and unmoddified vanilla minecraft with none modded minecraft server jars and does it even in none modded singleplayer like i seen sand biomes mixed with grass biome and that doesn't seem right at all then i see water with broken map but the water itself won't go into the area where the map broken it sits on the edge without falling into the broken area this broken map problem started happening to me since minecraft 1.10 or whatever update it was when they changed the biomes etc
so when would they most likely put out a fix then because half the maps i get sometimes are really badly broken
It's not really fixable because it isn't really broken. The seed produces different results in version A vs version B, thus creating those walls at every chunk.
You say "half the maps I get"; where are these maps from? Are you creating new worlds in the game or were you using custom maps? The latter in particular may use map editors or mods to create custom terrain and are not intended to be played on like a normal world.
Also, are you creating new worlds then deleting them right away, using the same name each time? There is a bug caused by the client not waiting for the sever to shut down that causes attempts to delete the world to fail (you can't delete a file that is in use and/or the server writes a new partial file after it is deleted; this is a very easy to fix bug that Mojang should have fixed years ago). The best way to delete worlds is to use Windows Explorer (etc) to delete them from the saves folder, or wait a minute after quitting a world before deleting it; having the game output open will also tell you if any errors occurred:
Another cause of chunk errors/misplaced chunks, usually isolated, is not quitting properly; you should always use save and quit to title, then quit game to close Minecraft (it is a good idea not to quit as fast as you can since the aforementioned deletion bug also means that you can quit the game while it is still saving, which is basically the same as the game/computer crashing while playing, a very common cause of world corruption. More than once in vanilla I've seen the game throw a file I/O exception ("stream closed", meaning that file I/O was interrupted in mid-save) when quitting).

Because when a update changes the map generation, new chunks are generated differently, thus creating those walls and random biomes mixs

MC-315 Chunks do not delete properly remaining in a newly created world if the same world name is reused

TheMasterCaver's First World - possibly the most caved-out world in Minecraft history - includes world download.
TheMasterCaver's World - my own version of Minecraft largely based on my views of how the game should have evolved since 1.6.4.
Why do I still play in 1.6.4?
