I have 2 accounts that I bought from Mojang that I can not log into. I don't know where my TID is :(. I can't seem to do it on mojang.com or on the laucher. But on the saved users on the launcher I can click on it and it logs me in. I don't know what's happening, is anyone else having this issue?

I also requested password change and I changed my password and I also can't log in with the new password.
