For some reason chunks are randomly being overwritten with some other random chunk. Does anyone know what is making this happen, and how I can fix it? Or at least preventing it from occurring anymore. It would suck if my house was replaced with a 16*16 tower.

Might be a disk error or your save getting corrupted, try running a SMART test on the driver and making copies of the save to see if it happens there
