Affects Version/s:Minecraft 1.11.2
This problem affects all my versions to my knowledge, including versions with Forge.
[p]Environment: Windows 10 64-bit[/p]
[p]I use Windows 8.1 (cuz who likes to see all that familiarity lost?)[/p]
[p]Symptoms: Game crashes without showing a crashlog, launcher shows "Game ended with bad state (exit code -1073740791)"[/p]
[p]If you look at the main post, you will see that when the launcher reopens, it just shows the Game Output tab with nothing it in.[/p]
[p]I can't even find a log.[/p]

The bug report was initially filed as a problem with Minecraft, but when the issue was understood it morphed into information about the issue which is a bug in Nvidia's driver update that affects ALL JAVA GAMES. All versions of minecraft.
There are ways to work around the issue, but the true fix is to get the Nvidia bug fixed drivers.
There should be a logs folder once you run Minecraft again. If it's crashing before it can even create the folder, then something else is seriously wrong.

Simple problem here:
When I press play, it loads, closes the launcher, then reopens the launcher, but in the Game Output tab.
The Game Output tab is always blank, and there's no sign of what went wrong. This happens of multiple different Minecraft versions.
This same problem happens in Modded, and Curse Minecraft Launcher.
What i've tried:
Updating my Java SE Runtime (its now the latest update (I think))
Deleting EVERYTHING (Roaming/.minecraft and Program Files (x86)/Minecraft)
Reinstalling EVERYTHING. (This includes trying the Repair option)
I can't even find a Log file because everything's gone (i'm going to assume there isn't a Log file)
Changing my Java SE Runtime from x64 to x86
Checking/Unchecking Executable: (C:\Program Files (x86)\Minecraft\runtime\jre-x64\1.8.0_25\bin\javaw.exe)
Checking/Unchecking JVM Arguments: (-Xmx1G -XX:+UseConcMarkSweepGC -XX:+CMSIncrementalMode -XX:-UseAdaptiveSizePolicy -Xmn128M)
Checking/Unchecking Executable: (C:\Program Files (x86)\Minecraft\runtime\jre-x64\1.8.0_25\bin\javaw.exe)
If I go to Minecraft/runtime, I can't find my JRE x86 that I downloaded, maybe thats it?
If I move my latest JRE (from Program Files x86) to replace jre-x64\1.8.0_25\bin\javaw.exe, Then it recreate jre-x64.
If I check Executable: C:\Program Files (x86)\Java\jre1.8.0_121/bin/javaw.exe, it opens, and sends a crash warning, then goes to the Game Output tab
Ask for any other info (in context), and thanks in advance
Have tried in online mode only

My problem doesn't match this description, but I'll check my drivers anyway.

Just checked, the game is online (I assume you mean it doesn't say offline in the Play button)
Still having these problems.
There has to be a solution, i've seen other posts with similar problems, that say its resolved but never say how.
When the launcher reopens, what is in the launcher log tab?
If it has error code -1073740791
Then you probably need this info about Nvidia's bad driver update: https://bugs.mojang.com/browse/MC-112780

Not sure why your post is all messed up, but if you're using an Nvidia graphics card, get the latest hotfix drivers from here:
http://nvidia.custhelp.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/4378/
That will eliminate that part of the issue, if that's what's causing it.
If not, there is always a game output log, I think they are usually stored in:
C:\Users\<<<username>>>\AppData\Roaming\.minecraft\logs
Check there and post what it says in a spoiler.

Thanks for more feedback.
I have no idea what happened to my post, so weird error.
As i've said, I will try updating my Nvidia driver (I have GeForce).
In response to: C:\Users\<<<username>>>\AppData\Roaming\.minecraft\logs
I have checked that. There isn't even a log folder since I uninstalled and deleted all trace of MC on my PC.
There should be a logs folder once you run Minecraft again. If it's crashing before it can even create the folder, then something else is seriously wrong.
