Tis error message I keep getting is as follows: "Windows cannot acces the specified device, path, or file. You may not have the appropriate permissions to access the item." I do eventually get it to work after 3 to 5 tries (most times)

The popup that in the above link is not the popup I get. i'm not moving any files. i'm just trying to start the launccher, and the file is a jerk So I assume my problem has been a common problem as of lately (according to DB)
