That's what my launcher says after I hit play, the launcher peekaboos then reapears with me pressing the play button for an infinite loop, i cant find anything in the task manager but ( Java(TM) platform SE binary > Minecraft launcher 1.6.76 )
Yes my laptop is up to date, and my drivers are too. My java is as well, and I've reinstalled everything a million times. I'm running windows 10 Asus RoG laptop. It's been like this for a few days and I've found no help else where. ( I censored the setting user )
