Hey guys i was wondering if there's a way to increase the view distance instead of only being able to see like 30 blocks in every direction. Is there a way to make it like it is in single player??? Thanks
??? Don't you have the options button on screen before you choose SP or MP and also when you hit Esc key while in MP mode? I play MP all the time and change render distance. Just choose options and then video settings. Are you on PC or console?
Strange. I'm playing on a friend's MP server with a couple of dozen others, and I have complte control over my render distance. I have occasionally set it as high as 32 blocks when I want a good scenic snapshot, but generally keep it at 10 or 12.

On servers you have to edit server.propierties and increase it there

Thats because the server sets the Max one, not the one all clients have
