I have been informed on my post on Reddit, that this seems to be a Driver issue. So I will post my response to this being a driver error in case.
So I looked into my device drivers, and my most recent for [Mobile(R) 4 Series Express Chipset Family (Microsoft Cooperation - WDDM 1.1) is Provider: Intel Corporation File Version 8.15.10.2702
Now. Where should I go to manually upgrade my driver? I usually go to windows Hardware place > Right Click > Update Driver.

Curse PremiumDid you upgrade to Win 10? Always go the the manufacturer's website for drivers. Window's Update won't give you the best drivers.
Your going to have trouble playing newer (1.8+) versions of MC with that hardware. Time to think about an upgrade.
