My computer is a decent computer (meant for gaming) and recently it's been running very slow on minecraft
Processor: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-2860QM CPU @ 2.50GHz 2.50 GHz
Ram: 8GB
System: 64 Bit
NIVIDA Quadro 1000M
In minecraft i use optifine with best fps settings and allocate 3Gb
Im on windows 7 professional (should i update to windows 10)
Windows found no new drriver update
I used Mcafee to run a full scan and found nothing
I can provide any information thanks for reading
It's probably the video card, that video card is not meant for gaming
1. Laptops are usually slower.
2. Did you install 64 bit Java?
3. Don't use Windows for driver updates. Go directly to nVidia's website.
4. You didn't state what version of MC you play. MC versions 1.8+ are more resource intensive.
