Okay. I have an Intel HD Graphics 3000 512 MB card, and 8 GB of ram. I've dedicated 3 GB of ram to Minecraft, and average around 30-60 FPS. I haven't done a recording in forever because when I record (I use Camtasia), I get around 17 FPS. I also get random lag spikes and freezes, and on BadLion Arena PVP, I get ghosted so much. I usually never play Ranked, because I don't want to lose any rating. I've attached links to my settings (they're just photos on Twitter). The only things I don't want to change are fire animation and sky. I really don't want to play with 2 render distance, but I will if I have to. By the way, I'm using OptiFine 1.8.9 HD U H6. Please help me.

Try seeing if there is stuff running in the background of your computer

I only play with Chrome, Terminal, and Port Map open while I'm playing Minecraft. The Port Map and Terminal windows are just to run a server.
