I uninstalled, removed all traces of the former installation, then reinstalled. Same thing. I ran a repair through the installer, and it got me a message saying, "Unable to start the Runtime Minecraft Environment. This is most likely caused by a corruption. Please try to reinstall Minecraft."
When I do, it goes through the same loop, the installer showing no issues but then getting that error message when I try to boot for the first time.
All my graphics drivers are up to date (as they wouldn't work otherwise). While they're a bit of an older model, they should run just fine, as I've used the old graphics card before on another machine to play Minecraft.
Here are the specs of my machine (since for some reason, my Minecraft can't detect most of it):
My computer took a nosedive a couple days ago, and I had to replace a lot of parts, as well as reinstall Windows to recover back to somewhat normal.
I reinstalled Minecraft and, at first, it looked like it was going to listen, but then it crashed the second I clicked "Launch Game."
This is the last error.

I did update my Java, assuming that would be the solution (of course, it wasn't).
If anyone has any idea what to do, let me know.
Your graphic cards are out of date

You know what? You were right.
My drivers weren't up to date at all.
I thought they were, that was my mistake.
Thank you! It's running flawlessly now.
