ok so my friends cant join any servers, our own servers or others (mineplex, hypixel etc) we tried everything disabling firewall re-downloading minecraft and its definitely not minecraft's problem because i can join all the servers so please help us its been going on for 2 months+++ all servers are up you can check on https://help.mojang.com/ plz help

Run the program, choose "I accept", then "Do a scan and save a log file". After a while a text file will open. Copy everything, put the log on http://paste.ubuntu.com and give us the link.
