Hello I am having an issue with forge. Whenever I launch mc it goes to the homescreen but freezes for 1+ minutes every 3 seconds. It sucks!

OMG im stupid. was trying to use forge 1.11 for some reason
The issue was with optifine. I wasnt lanching with enough ram for the shader that was currently running
