So basically I have a problem with my minecraft connection. Normally, I play on 2 servers in different version: 1.8/1.11.2
The problem for the 1.8 is: When I try to connect, it says: java.net.ConnectionException: Connection refused: no further information:
The problem for the 1.11.2 is: When I try to connect it says: Unknown Host (normally it's because I have the wrong ip but I know that I do, I contacted the owner, my friends,etc...)
And I can join all other servers but not my 2 favorites (I contacted the owners and they didn't change anything with the server)
The connection refused one may be that the server is offline, unknown host is either wrong ip or your dns dont have a record of it(try to chage it to googles one 8.8.8.8, 8.8.4.4). Does it work with mctest.ae97.net? If it doesnt, please provide a hjt report
Run the program, choose "I accept", then "Do a scan and save a log file". After a while a text file will open. Copy everything, put the log on http://paste.ubuntu.com and give us the link.

PS: We changed the internet provider yesturday
