Nope, just turn VBO off in video settings. Also, using the discrete gpu would give terrible performance(and he is using it right now)
What? How would using a discrete GPU lower FPS? The whole point of having a discrete GPU is to increase performace, by both taking the graphics processing stress from the CPU, and by using hardware specifically made for processing graphics to do so. And how can you tell he's using it right now?

ig7icd64.dll, thats the intel one, the integrated one, the discrete one, however you want to call it. Its less powerful that the real GPU(by a lot, as its integrated into the cpu). If you make a game run in the less powerful one, how you think that is going to go? The real GPU is the one that was MADE to do graphics and nothing more, the igpu is just there so you can show a screen and do basic tasks without having a gpu, or to save battery in laptops when the real GPU is not needed.

I think you're confused. A discrete GPU is what provides integrated graphics. If you don't have a discrete graphics card, then you're using your CPU's integrated graphics.

I was confusing discrete with dedicated lol. Its worse to use the integrated one than the dedicated

Try updating your Intel graphics drivers, or using your discrete GPU (if you have one).
