Unfortunately, your graphics card isnt supported on Windows 10 as Intel has not released drivers for your graphics card as its too old. You will need to either downgrade to Windows 7, get a new graphics card(If you have a desktop PC) or play in another PC

Thats how he got the dxdiag, now you have to parse it to find the driver

One thing that boggles me is how your unsupported PC even upgraded to Windows 10.

Oh, I knew that would be the case, especially since they can collect data from us a lot easier with Windows 10. I also would not be surprized if the OP's downgrade period expired and he/she is stuck with Windows 10.

I didn't say it at first because there are some "Win10 Fanboys" on here that get extremely angry when you say one thing bad about Windows 10. Also a mod would simply delete my post for bring off-topic.

They could try installing a Linux distro on their PC.

I dont generally recommend linux if they dont know how to do basic stuff
