Title says it all, I'm playing just fine then it suddenly vanished without explanation.

What I have tried:

Resizing both the window and the GUI.
Rressing the key "o" several hundred times.
Reinstalling it.

I have the next mods:

right click on NEI and click 'Open With WinRar'

See if it actually have things in.

You can also try getting forge and NEI again

Yeah, NEI have things inside, i tried to reinstale forge and NEi again, but is the same, NEI disapear xd

Try getting rid of all the mods

Then get one mod and launch your game with NEI (repeat this)

Then you should be able to see if a mod is conflicting

Try removing the anti-id thing and see if that works, because nei needs ids

Same thing, Nei not work :S
