I have created an automatic brewing center and when I load it up everything works except the last 3 items do not come over down the chain.
I have a total 16 hoppers coming down 12 of which coming out of droppers. is there a limit on how many hoppers I can have in a chain?

Check that you copied it correctly, if you cant find the issue, ask the original creator for help

The only thing I could find is that hoppers do have a "redstone cooldown" of 4 ticks between operations.

I have found the answer. Redstone dust signal only travels 15 blocks. I needed a repeater to extend the signal to the last 3 blocks in the chain.
