So here's the back story, So some time in 2012 I had bought Minecraft, Which requires an email. At the time I didn't have a personal email so I had created my account using my moms. That email was a TimeWarner email address meaning that as long as your with the company you keep the email.Then in 2014 my mom had switched cable, and internet providers meaning that the email was not accessible anymore, so at the time nothing had been going wrong with any of my accounts, but as of September of 2016 Two of my gaming accounts had been saying that this email doesn't exist anymore, meaning that TimeWarner had deleted the email for good. Now you would say to contact customer support but ive been doing that since September and all I need to figure out is "What month and year did you register your account? Only the year is not an acceptable answer" And this one "When was the prepaid card redeemed? Only the year is not an acceptable answer" Which was around 4-5 years ago, and its kinda hard to remember the month and year of when you bought a game when you're 10yrs old.
So the question is: How would I figure the date? Or is there another way to figure this out
