So I made a mini mob farm, where hostile mobs are supposed to spawn in, get pushed by an OpenBlocks fan to an opening in the floor, and fall to their demise. As I was building the farm a mob fell out, so I was happy, thinking all was good. But then, when I was about done, no mobs were spawning. I have no idea why...here's a list of stuff I did to make sure it'd work:
- No other place they can spawn, lit up (some places are kind of dark but no hostile mobs are appearing)
- On Easy
- More than 20 blocks away
- They have a cobblestone spawning platform
- There are two vertical air blocks for them to spawn in
I don't know what I'm doing wrong, I had a big normal spawning platform before this contraption that they spawned just fine on.
