Tinkers construct caused an error I don't know if that is what caused the crash though try removing it for the time being. You could try updating java and check if forge is up to date it worked for me in the past.
I am not an expert so if this doesn't work I don't think I will be able to help you any further.
Tinker's Construct is crashing while trying to create a material, perhaps Minefactory is adding a material that Tinker's can't handle? Make sure you have the most recent version of both mods for the version of Minecraft you're running.
If the modpack works with just Tinker's or just Minefactory, but not both together, then you know they are conflicting, and if there isn't an update that fixes it, the only option is to report it to both mod authors, though getting a fix for an outdated version of both the mods and Minecraft might not happen fast, or at all.

To tell them how to live is to prevent them living.
"tconstruct" is obviously Tinker's Construct. and in the crafting library of the pattern builder, it's trying to register a material. So, something is adding a material that Tinker's Construct doesn't know how to handle. That is my best guess anyway, I'm no expert. The way to fix this is to remove any other other mods until you find the one that's causing the conflict.
NBT Explorer is fairly basic, open the DAT file you want to edit, expand the list of values until you find the one you want to change, change it, save and exit. Always make a backup of the file you're editing first, though.

thx. Though how did u know?? And do you know how to use NBTExplorer??
Usually the first line in the crash report (after the prelim stuff) is what is causing the issue:
