As you an see above, MC crashes on worldgen. After I hit "Create World" or "Load World" it goes through "building terrain," etc. then crashes.
I have Windows 10 64-bit, 64-bit Java, Covenant Eyes, and AntiMalwarebytes.
I have had no trouble with any of these in the past.
EDIT: It isn't a firewall issue- javaw.exe is allowed through my firewall.

This is generally a firewall / security software issue. Something is preventing MC from connecting to the localhost loopback socket needed for the internal client and server to talk to each other.
It's definitely gotta be Covenant Eyes. Exact same issue here and we seem to be the only two people in the world who have the software. Would explain why I haven't found the solution ANYWHERE online. Most people haven't even heard of Covenant Eyes so nobody things to troubleshoot it. Did you ever figure out how to resolve the issue? I can't exactly get rid of CE to make Minecraft work and it didn't used to be an issue when I played.

Okay, thank you. How do I fix this?
I'm pretty sure Minecraft is allowed through my firewall, but I'm not sure.
Possibly Covenant Eyes is the problem.

Just confirmed it. For anyone finding this now, make sure you have the LATEST version of CE installed and you won't have any issues! So excited!
