First of all, I wish you a very nice and wonderful new year.
But now I have a serious problem with Minecraft.
I'm working on a survival server and since the owner doesn't want to turn night on, he gave me the seed so that I can find slime chunks. I used the Chunkbase Slimefinder App for that and it worked just fine and gave me the following result:
So I made a new flatworld to test if the SlimeFinder also works on 1.11.2 and it does as you can see in the following picture:
But as soon as I recreate the amplified map which is on the server (and yes it is the same map so the seed has to be correct) there aren't any slimes spawning in the tree chunks.
I light up every single cafe in these chunks and so there are only about 30 entitys loaded, so it should work.
I made torches only in the ceiling so it has to work.
But why aren't there any slimes even if I wait more than an hour 30 blocks away from the chunks?
