So, the other day I decided to try Minecraft again. I got a brand new Graphics card, AMD Radeon r7 240 series(I know it's not AMAZING, but my mom thought it was really good, so she bought it for me, it runs most games well) Before I had a Nvidia-something, but it broke on me. With that graphics card I had like 200 FPS on Minecraft. But with this current graphics card it stays at about 15 FPS, and then sometimes when loading chunks I get around 2 FPS. I can run Planetside 2 easily, Saintsrow IV, Subnautica, ect. ect... Could someone help me out? My drivers are updated, my "JVM Arguments:" is at -Xmx8G, my PC has 16 RAM. I am at a loss here, and I have no idea what's going on... It's pretty much just Minecraft that has this issue...

I seem to have fixed the problem by going in full screen, I get about 60ish FPS. Without Fullscreen 0-10 FPS, very odd....
