So recently i've needed to use VPN to join minecraft servers. A VPN makes it so every time I log onto minecraft (or actually technic in my case), it looks like i'm in a different location. So if i log onto a server where my home is IP banned, I can still join because my VPN makes it look like im in a different location. Like, Massachusetts or something.

Recently i've been using my friends account, and after a while it started saying 'Invalid credentials'. My friend says this is because of the session ID. Is there any way I can use a VPN and not have session ID problems? And if i buy my own account (buy another one) and use a VPN will it still give me session ID problems? Or is there any way to still use his?

Please respond asap I need help I don't know if I need to buy a new account or not

I tried the password multiple times. Double checked everything.

And when I type it in, it works. But when I switch the VPN to a different location, It doesn't work. It says invalid credentials. Then my friend tries his credentials at his house, and they work. I've accepted at this point (I think) its the VPN.

And keep in mind, this is technic. It says invalid credentials for like, everything.

If Mojang blocks specific IP addresses for too many bad attempts, then it may be that the VPN end point is blocked.
