so, what exactly is your problem? does the game crash, does the launcher crash? if it's the game, provide a crashlog.
if it's the launcher, try http://s3.amazonaws.com/Minecraft.Download/launcher/Minecraft.jar
Unfortunately your graphics hardware is not supported on Windows 10, you will need to downgrade to Windows 7, upgrade your graphics hardware (Not possible on a laptop), or use another computer to play Minecraft.
I am using Windows 7. But it does not open, it gives an error.
please make your own thread, then. and in there, specify if the launcher refuses to open or minecraft crashes on launch.
