With your issue you dont need Java 7, as its quite old, you can use anything below Java 8 update 60, If you redownload minecraft and reinstall it, it will put its own version of Java 8 update 25 in for you, and should work out better.
It is a temp fix, but not in a way that would effect specific versions. The main issue is that the hardware had its last driver update ever on Windows 8.1 and they are now using Windows 10. The main fix would be to return to Windows 8.1, this workaround has no effect on specific versions of the game. This workaround will be fine up until Minecraft requires a version of Java above 8_u60 to run, and FYI even the new/beta launcher is only packaging update 51 currently. They are voiding anything that will make it require a newer version of Java like the plague, so that people with older hardware can still limp by.

Hey guys.
I found the problem. It just needed Java 7 for it to work, and i had Java 8.
I knew this because it started crashing after upgrading Java 7 to 8, so i just redownloaded java 7 and deleted Java 8 from "Programs and Features".
Thank you.

Curse PremiumThat's a temp fix. Your hardware is getting to old to run newer versions of MC (1.8+).
"We live on a placid island of ignorance in the midst of black seas of infinity, and it was not meant that we should voyage far."
