I'm also getting this error now, Java HotSpot(TM) 64-Bit Server VM warning: Using incremental CMS is deprecated and will likely be removed in a future release
next suggestion... wipe minecraft completely (without your savestates) and reinstall it. (wipe = delete the .minecraft folder. if you want to backup your worlds, copy the "saves"-folder anwhere you want, then copy it back after the reinstall)
Mobile Intel(R) 4 Series Express Chipset Family (Microsoft Corporation -WDDM 1.1)
then you don't have upto date drivers, you have basic microsoft ones and not Intel ones, Minecraft needs the Intel drivers, do not update using windows, but by the Intel website, or post a dxdiag log and someone will be able to post a link to the correct drivers if possible

do you have a 64bit system?
if yes, check if you installed 64 or 32 bit java.

Curse Premiumthe incremental cms warning is not important, this is surely not the cause.
make minecraft use your system's java instead of the bundled one: http://www.ghacks.net/2015/03/11/change-which-version-of-java-minecraft-uses/
I made minecraft use my system's java same problem though heres the java executable i put C:\Program Files\Java\jre1.8.0_111\bin\javaw.exe
and I still have the same problem

I think this can be caused by certain bad AMD video driver installations.
Do you have AMD graphics?
No i don't i have "Mobile Intel(R) 4 Series Express Chipset Family (Microsoft Corporation -WDDM 1.1)
