So I logged on to Minecraft for the first time on my new PC, and joined Mineplex, and whenever I move my mouse it keeps moving, even when I stop moving my mouse. Also, when I'm in full screen, the GUI is not calibrated.

(EDIT: Nevermind, was a Windows issue, fixed.)
