I've been able to load the world around 200 mods but now it's crashing upon starting a new world. would appreciate any help with figuring out my problme.

What modpack are you using (if yes list them)? Try reinstalling the pack. What I see in the report you probably messed around with some files...
Anyways if that doesnt work, try updating/deleting mods like fossils and archaeology that are seen near the end of the crash reports.
