but its also possible they are just using a cracked client and thus can choose whatever username they want in sinlge player without using the account itself, if this is the case nothing you can do.
But eitherway ONLY Mojang can assist with account issues, no one else can help

My account have been stolen by a youtuber,he is able to play server with my account,what should i do to stop him?
In his videos, he is using the exact skin and username as mine.

Change your password, your username (this will take 30 days), change your contact info (E-Mail) and DONE!

If he doesnt have access to the account how you expect him to do that? Add to that list changing the email password and security questions.
