It turns out that I opened a Premium account on my dad's computer. I logged into that computer, and now that I'm in mine I can not login with ANY account on "minecraft.net", nor on the Launcher. Please help.

Sound like throttling. After 3 incorrect login attempts, a lockout is placed automatically by Mojang's systems on your network to protect accounts against brute force attacks to gain access. This lockout is automatic, lasts for 3 hours, and cannot be overridden. Wait 3 hours, don't log in at all. Then reset your password using https://account.mojang.com/password -- then try again.

if you set up a premium account you would need to log in with an email address instead of your username
Not if its a legacy account
