So recently I had to re-initialize minecraft on my computer because it was somehow deleted. At present, i cannot load versions of 1.9 and up. If there is a fix for this issue please let me know!

No it's not that. The clock and calendar are in sync with the world.
when you say 'can not load' do you mean they are not there? or they fail to launch?
When I try to launch the game on 1.9 and up, I click play and absolutely nothing happens
Can you post a launcher log after clicking Play(and waiting a bit?)
